Parking area in Grignano Bay, 16 October 2008

Subject: Use of parking areas in the Grignano Bay, in front of
Adriatico Guest House, Riva Massimiliano e Carlotta,
on Thursday, 16 October 2008.

Tomorrow, Thursday 16 October 2008, guests and employees of AGH, ICTP
and SISSA are hereby informed that it will be forbidden to use the
parking area in front of the Adriatico Guest House, Riva Massimiliano
and Carlotta, from 14:00 to 24:00 .

This is necessary to allow the XIII International Astronomical
Olympiads to hold the Observing Rounds in the parking area.

For this reason, no cars will be allowed to enter the parking after
14:00 and cars will have to leave the parking by 17:00.

 From 19:00 to 24.00, pedestrian access will be permitted only to
those taking part in the Observing Rounds.

Parking lights will be turned off from 20:00 until 24:00 and no cars
will be allowed to move within the area during that time.

The above will not apply if the LOC will decide to cancel the Outdoor
Observing Round.

inconvenience.

Oggetto: Avviso di prescrizione utilizzo parcheggio, baia Grignano,
in Riva Massimiliano e Carlotta, fronte Adriatico Guest House (AGH) -
Giovedi', 16 ottobre 2008.

Si avvisano i signori ospiti e dipendenti dell'AGH, dell'ICTP e della
SISSA che, a causa dello svolgimento della gara osservativa per le
XIII Olimpiadi Internazionali di Astronomia, il parcheggio in Riva
Massimiliano e Carlotta, Baia Grignano, in fronte all'AGH verra'
interdetto al transito veicolare, alla sosta e al parcheggio dalle
ore 14:00 alle ore 24:00 del 16 Ottobre 2008, con obbligo di sgombero
entro le 17:00.

L'intera area verra' altresi' interdetta al transito pedonale da
parte di persone estranee alla competizione dalle 19:00 alle 24:00.

Le luci del parcheggio verranno spente dalle 20:00 alle 24:00 e
nessun mezzo potra' essere mosso in tale periodo.

Tale prescrizione decadra' in caso il Comitato Organizzatore Locale
(LOC) della manifestazione decida di annullare la prova all'aperto.
