Information/Advice on Visa and Permit of Stay Matters

The Visa Office will be available to visitors/scientists/admin. 
colleagues in an informal, easily accessible place - at  the MB Coffee 
Bar each WEDNESDAY from 2 to 3 pm -  to help and assist in giving 
advice regarding visa and personal permits of stay.  
This service will be carried out on a trial basis, therefore do not 
hesitate to meet the Visa Office rep
  for queries regarding your personal situation.

You may also fix an appointment directly by emailing  visa at ictp.it
For any further information you may get in touch with Mr. Maggi (ext. 
509). 

The Visa Office will however continue with its normal schedule as 
follows: MONDAYS to FRIDAYS (9 - 12.30 pm/ 2 - 3 pm).
