NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF


Please note that on 29-30-31 January 2007 the Carlson Wagonlit travel 
agency (CWT) counter at Fermi building will remain closed due to 
Giuliana and Ingrid's participation in a  training course.

It is suggested that you to the extent possible seek to do your 
bookings prior to or after these three days. However, CWT will ensure 
full travel services  through its Business travel center in Genova 
(Francesco or Glenda  tel. 02-58034517, e-mail: ictp at cwtbook.it working 
hours: 09:00/18:00), with courier delivery of tickets.

If you do organize any official journey tickets through the Genova 
office of CWT during the three days concerned, please notify the 
Operations & Travel Unit thereof.
