NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF
ITALIAN NATIONAL and LOCAL HOLIDAYS
WEDNESDAY 1 NOVEMBER 2006 and FRIDAY 3 NOVEMBER 2006


Please note that Wednesday 1 November 2006 is a National Holiday (All 
Saints' Day).

ICTP Staff and external services will be working as follows:

ICTP Staff will be on holiday so all ICTP Offices will be closed.

All external sevices at the Enrico Fermi building (UniCredit Bank, 
Linea Gialla Travel Agency, Lloyd Adriatico Insurance) will be closed.

The bar at the Main Building will be closed.  All other catering 
services will be open with a normal timetable.

On Friday 3 November 2006, there is a local public holiday, when 
Trieste celebrates its Patron Saint, Giusto.  ICTP Staff will be on 
duty as normal.

At the Enrico Fermi Building, the external services will operate as 
follows:

The Bank will be open from 8:30-10:30 only.

The Linea Gialla Travel Agency will be open from 8:30-12:30.

Please note that the Lloyd Adriatico Insurance counter will be closed 
on Thursday 2 November, as well as Friday 3rd.

Bars and cafeterias will be open as usual.

Buses will run according to their Sunday schedules on both 1 and 3 
November.
