Easter Holiday Arrangements

NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF
  EASTER HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS
FRIDAY 14 APRIL - MONDAY 17 APRIL 2006


Please note the following arrangements for the forthcoming Easter 
Holidays.

ICTP Staff will not be on duty on Friday 14 April or Monday 17 April, 
so all ICTP Offices will be closed.

The Medical Service will also be closed.  For emergencies the 
guesthouse receptions should be contacted.

The UniCredit bank at the Fermi Building will be open as usual on 
Friday 14 April, but will be closed on Monday 17 April.

The Linea Gialla Travel desk at the Fermi Building will be closed both 
Friday 14 and Monday 17 April.  Their office in town located in via 
Coroneo, 17 (040-635333) will be open only on Friday from 8:30-12:30 
and 15-19.

The ICTP Library will follow this timetable:

Friday 14.4	10:00 - 18:00
Saturday 15.4	10:00 - 18:00
Sunday 16.4	CLOSED
Monday 17.4	10:00 - 18:00

The Catering services will be open as follows:
Friday 14 April 2006
LUNCH	12.00 - 14.00	ADRIATICO CAFETERIA
DINNER	19.30 - 21.00	ADRIATICO CAFETERIA

Saturday 15 April 2006
LUNCH	12.00 - 14.00	ADRIATICO CAFETERIA

Sunday 16 April 2006
DINNER	19.30 - 21.00	ADRIATICO CAFETERIA

Monday 17 April 2006
LUNCH	12.00 - 14.00	ADRIATICO CAFETERIA
DINNER 	19.30 - 21.00 	ADRIATICO CAFETERIA

Bar and Breakfast services at the Adriatico Guesthouse will be open 
with the usual timetable.
The Bar and the Cafeteria at the Main Building will be closed from 
Friday 14 April 2006 to Monday 17 April 2006 inclusive.

Friday 14 April is not a public holiday in Italy, so buses will follow 
their normal running times, and shops and services will be open as 
usual.

Monday 17 April is a national holiday so buses will run according to 
their Sunday schedules and most shops will be closed.
