Online practical lectures on Quantum Computing, starting 12th May 2026

ICTP Global Science Portal invites you to a _3-lecture series entitled_:

“*Quantum Computing with Qiskit*” given by Dr. Muhammad Faryad from 
Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

This series of 3 lectures takes beginners from pen and paper to 
programming an actual quantum computer using Qiskit.

_When and where:_

Online, open to all, please register.

The online lectures will focus on the following _topics_:

- 12th May, 10.00 CEST - Introduction to quantum gates and states

- 19th May, 10.00 CEST - Entanglement generation and teleportation

- 26th May, 10.00 CEST - Quantum neural networks.
