*Title:* Quantum simulations on curved spacetime

*Abstract:* We explore how spacetime geometry shapes quantum dynamics by 
studying fermionic systems in AdS black hole and expanding de Sitter 
backgrounds. Using lattice realizations of Dirac fermions, we show that 
curvature, horizons, and cosmological expansion act effectively as gauge 
fields and chiral potentials, imprinting themselves directly on 
transport, entanglement, and spectral response. This perspective reveals 
a unified picture in which geometric and gravitational effects govern 
phenomena ranging from chiral transport and horizon-driven entanglement 
dynamics to pseudo-critical spectral flow and emergent irreversibility 
in time-dependent settings, as well as geometry-controlled fractal 
spectra in AdS spacetime. The results highlight curved spacetime as a 
natural framework for organizing quantum many-body dynamics and quantum 
information diagnostics.
