Title: *Localization transition and ensemble inequivalence in two 
paradigmatic cases: the Discrete Non-Linear Schroedinger Equation and 
Bose-Einstein condensation

Abstract:
We explain how accurate large-deviations estimates allow to compute the 
microcanonical partition function of the Discrete Non-Linear 
Schroedinger Equation (DNLSE), revealing all the peculiarities of the 
high-energy localized phase, from ensemble inequivalence to the mixed 
first/second order nature of the transition.
The same large-deviation approach is then applied to the calculation of 
the canonical partition function for free bosons, highlighting the 
analogies and differences between the transition in the DNLSE and 
Bose-Einstein condensation.
