On Wednesday, 07 May, in room 135 (SISSA), Miquel Cueca (Göttingen) will give the talk:

"Higher Cotangent bundles"

Higher structures appear everywhere in the study of differential geometric structures. In the last twenty years, mathematicians have proposed different frameworks to work with them such as dg and simplicial manifolds. Indeed, we now understand that both pictures relate via a Lie functor. In this talk, I will explain how to define cotangent bundles of dg and simplicial manifolds and show some of their applications. This is a joint work with Stefano Ronchi.
