On Thursday, 18 July at 11:00 CET, Prof. Mohammad Reza Ejtehadi (Sharif 
University of Technology, Tehran ) will give a seminar titled:

*Chiral motion of a 3D model microswimmer
*

_Abstract:_

Generalizing a 2D micro-swimmer to 3D results in interesting symmetry 
dependent swimming directions. It moves in helical paths, whose both 
chirality and the direction depend on  initial move. The swimmer also 
shows a perfect  ability to sense its environment and search for chemicals.

The seminar will take place in the *Common area*, Ex SISSA building, 
Second floor, via Beirut 2_
