MHPC Workshop on High-Performance Computing (SISSA 24-26 February 2016)

In the contest of the Master in HPC program (MHPC), SISSA and ICTP with the partnership of 
INAF and INFN are organizing an event to underline the relevance of HPC on modern science and industry.
The event is also aimed to present major on-going projects in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and 
related to HPC. The program includes the best MHPC thesis for the first year edition of the Master in HPC.   

Prof. Jack Dongarra (University of Tennessee), Prof. Nicola Marzari (EPFL), Prof. Wolfgang Bangerth 
(Texas A&M University) and Prof. Volker Springel (The Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies) 
are among the invited speakers.   

The Workshop is hosted at SISSA between the 24th and 26th of February 2016.
