Prof. Elvira Zappale

Title: Equilibrium and Euler-Lagrange equations for hyperelastic materials

Abstract: I will show, making use of duality, some results about 
existence and uniqueness of equilibrium for energies described by 
integral functionals which fail to be convex. I will also discuss how to 
derive suitable Euler-Lagrange equations.
