Title: Optimizing the first nonzero Neumann eigenvalue on the cylinder


Abstract:

In this talk, we will discuss the characterization of domains maximizing 
the first non-zero Neumann eivgenvalue on a general cylinder.
We will also present our study of overdetermined problem which arises 
from the Hadamard formula for this eigenvalue.
