Dear  researcher,

I am pleased to inform you that the *Call for Proposals* *within the 
international Fellowship Programme* *"Talents Up for an International 
House" is now open.*

The Project *TALENTS UP* is developed by AREA Science Park within the 
Coordination Network and is cofunded by the Autonomous Region of Friuli 
Venezia Giulia and by the European Union within the 7^th Framework 
Programme of R&D, Marie Curie Actions -- COFUND.

The Programme offers *7 incoming fellowships (12 months duration each) 
to experienced researchers nationals of EU, Associated Countries or 
Third Countries*, intentioned to *implement a research and training 
project* *in one of the regional Scientific Institutions or in one of 
the companies hosted in the regional scientific parks

The programme therefore is an opportunity to develop and strength 
contacts and collaboration with Italian research institutions.

Fellows will have the opportunity to choose both the research topic and 
the hosting institution.

*The deadline for the submission of project proposals is on the 5^th 
August 2013 at 17.00 (Italian local time). *
