On the occasion of Vladimir Rubtsov's 60th birthday a workshop will be held at the International School for Advanced Studies in Trieste from July 9 to 12, 2012. The workshop will explore the state of the art of the researches concerning various aspects of integrability in mathematics and physics, both classical and quantum. Topics covered will include the recent developments in (possibly noncommutative) Poisson geometry and quantum groups and their applications to (noncommutative) integrable systems and Painlevé transcendents; moduli spaces of sheaves, decorated sheaves, and quiver representations, their geometry and physical applications (instanton counting, Alday-Gaiotto-Tachikawa relations); the geometry of nonlinear integrable hierarchies and related structures; Lie and Courant algebroids and beyond.

Prospective participants should write to bruzzo at sissa.it by May 15th, 2012, specifying their arrival and departure dates. The workshop secretariat will assist them to find an accommodation in Trieste. Talks will start on the morning of the 9th and will end in the early afternoon of the 12th.
