We are glad to invite you at SITEM srl and Agilent Technologies workshop on  Scanning Probe Microscopies (SPMs) .  


The workshop will take place on  Wednesday, 11 June 2008 , at the AREA Science Park (Basovizza Campus)  Congress Hall, Building T1  and will focus on SPMs and their applications in bio-nanotechnology, with a special attention to Agilent Technologies new product in this market. This is also an opportunity of technical chats as well as practical AFM demos with Agilent application scientists.
