I have installed RegCM4.7.0 successfully without the enable-mpi-serial argument.

When I compiled with mpi-serial argument, some errors happened like this,

mod_mppparam.F90(52): error #6401: The attributes of this name conflict with those made accessible by a USE statement. [MPI_STATUS_IGNORE]

integer(ik4) mpi_status_ignore(mpi_status_size)

mod_mppparam.F90(54): error #6401: The attributes of this name conflict with those made accessible by a USE statement. [MPI_PROC_NULL]

integer(ik4) , parameter :: mpi_proc_null = -2

------------------------------^

compilation aborted for mod_mppparam.F90 (code 1)

I have installed mpich3.2 and openmpi2, which is compiled with the intel fortran 13.1, but none of them could be work to compile RegCM 4.7 with mpi-serial argument.

I have on idea to solve this issue, any suggestions must be appreciated.
