Dear all

I install RegCM4.1 on my ubuntu and now I want to nest my domain. I dont know how can I do it. I mean how can I do it?  I read some papers a bout it but I can't understand how the model do it. If you can clearly explain it for me, I'll be thankful.

Do the model need another software for nesting ? 

and finally, which of these ways is better for my work? one-way nest or two-way nest.

I aim to couple the model with chemical parameter for a city.
