Dear GG,

I have ran the RegCM-4.4.1 model as two different sets:

1. PreProc - with different netcdf version compiled in a slower cluster (SGI cluster with intel compiler)
2. Model Run - with magus (cray) with intel compiler

It seems to run fine with ERA and NNRPII data but have the following errors from:

a) GFDL-ESM2M

The model has successfully run from 1979-12-01 to 1978-05-30 till it has the following error:

3. MPI-ESM
I was not able to analyze the errors for MPI but seem it is also being killed after 12 months or so.


Now I m not sure whether the problem is caused by the netcdf version or the domain or the time-step used. Please kindly assist me in solving the error. I have attached the namelist file (HadGEM2) for your kind action.
