Dear Hassan,
I think if you use the last version of
GTOPO_DEM_30s.nc (with size 222M) whichs in netcdf-4 format you need to install netcdf with hdf5 to be able to read the netcd-4 format.

I try to run the RegCM 4.3.5.6  but failed at test simulation with following error
