Dear RegCNET,

I was analysing the input and output of a test simulation using the AERO chemistry setting and have encountered two problems. first of all with the icbc2netcdf and rcm2netcdf commands, they seem to be still in the old system (RegCM4.0) and thus I cannot create grads compatible files to analyse the chem input and output.

Also, there seems to be no che output despite the regcm.in settings. This is the list of input and output files produced

input/:
REGCM_grid.nc                test_dom_ICBC.1990070100.nc
test_dom_AEBC.1990060100.nc  test_dom_LANDUSE
test_dom_AEBC.1990070100.nc  test_dom_OXBC.1990060100.nc
test_dom_CHEMISS.nc          test_dom_OXBC.1990070100.nc
test_dom_DOMAIN000.nc        test_dom_SST.nc
test_dom_ICBC.1990060100.nc  test_dom_TEXTURE

output/:
test_dom_ATM.1990060100.nc  test_dom_SRF.1990060100.nc
test_dom_RAD.1990060100.nc  test_dom_STS.1990060100.nc
test_dom_SAV.1990060200

I have also attached the regcm.in file

Regards,
James
