Hi,
Can you plz tell the followings in your regcm.in file.
ds=?
dt=?
abtm=?
Otherwise you can always decrease your dt and abtm according to dt. e.g,
if the error come for dt=90 and abtm=270, then
I can suggest plz try with dt=60 - 70 and abtm= 3 x dt
