Hi Juan,

I've come across that error when the netcdf libraries are not in a standard location and are not listed in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable.  If this path is set properly, then the command 'ldd terrain |grep -i netcdf' should show a full path to some netcdf libraries (e.g. libnetcdf.so.*).

For an example of checking this and setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH, see the attached screenshot.
