Hi all,

 

I found that the scheme for surface absorbed solar flux(fsns, fsw2d, or frsa) into land model has changed after version 4.1.

It is the weighted average of fsns and fsnsc (under clear sky) now, fsns(i) = fsns(i) * totcf(i) + fsnsc(i) * (d_one-totcf(i)).

Do you know the intention for this change and the effect?
