what's the horizental
resolution you are using?
set dt must be about 3 times dx (horizontal resolution).
set abatm = 3*dt in regcm.in
If problem is not resolved, lower time step (dt). Adjust abatm accordingly for new time-step. There is no solution other than lowering the time-step to the point that model stops crashing.

i am running Regcm 4.1. in 4gb ram of fedora linux pc
while i am running for one month of 2009 year. after 1 month completed in 2 nd month the following error appears

above this error occur but my model still running is ther any problem with data or model please help me
