Hello Everyone:
          I have been  planned to do some soil moisture abnormally  experiments  by using RegCM3.  Although I have found the initial soil moistures of the grids are assigned to the values in the source file 'initb.F',I have no idea how to change a small area  in the large domain  (if making change in the entire domain,it is easy),because the program runs in parallel way .so  I write to get help from you,could you tell me  some tips ? thanks.
