Thank you for your kind help. I don't apply any average operation. I found this problem just after applying GrADSNCPrepare to get the ctl file of CHE.*.nc output file. So I think this is a new bug.

Did you check the output file before applying any average operation ? (
CDO for example does not like 5D variables and and do not account for
them) . Otherwise I guess this is a new bug . We 'll look into it and
let you know .
