Dear all,

I downloaded and compiled RegCM-4.1. Now I am doing some tests in order to understand the new version. There are two questions that I would like to ask you.

1) I've managed to run it but when I made the .ctl files of the output files (by executing GrADSNcPrepare), after using sigma2p, I couldn't find the slp parameter (sea level pressure) or the geopotential height that RegCM-4.0 had in its output. Is it something wrong that I did or there is an other way to derive them?

2) After the compilation, I saw that the average and regrid scripts, in the Bin folder, had not been executable files. What have I done wrong?
