The Data folder has no problem, i may have another problem
 I have following massage of PTOP/complex terrain when i run icbc how to get out of this

how did the directory for EH5OM data arrange, your pathe in your namelist file is /home/pmdtest/simulation_future/DATA  is it as the following:
>cd /home/pmdtest/simulation_future/DATA
>cd EH5OM
>ls
RF/ A1B/ 0WINDOW EHgPS.ctl EHgPS.dat
these folders and files should be exist for SAsia domain and also the data should be for SAsia domain
if this is I think there is no problem
let me know if the problem is still or not

Dear All
 
we are working on future data of EH5OM on RegCM4, when the model generate ICBC file, the data in the file is either corrupt or not in side the parameter
can any one help in this regards what could be the problem as we have tried all projections
 
regcm name list is attached for reference
 
and data is for south Asia
