Hi,
Hi Marcelino,
First of all try to compile and install netcdf instead of using binary which might not be compiled with the same version of gcc you have on your machine. Second use latest version of netcdf. This might help.

Does the error mean I have a wrong netcdf library? how can i fix it?Thanks in advance!
