Sorry for disturbing you. I ran into another problem when running the Regcm4. Please help out with these problems when you have free time.
1. The incorrect of the ptop (defaults to 5) when I use the NNRP2 global analysis data.
./icbc regcm2.in

This might reasonably happen if you have a
very tall mountain in your domain. Setting
ptop to a smaller value could help.
Otherwise, this indicates a bug somewhere...

2. There is no above-mentioned problem when I use ERA40 global analysis data for a try. But another problem raised when I carry out the parallel computing.
