Dear RegCNETers,

I managed to run RegCM3 for my domain of Blue Nile using ERA40 data and OI_WK SST type without any problem. But, when I was running the model with EH5OM and the corresponding global SST data, I found Inf, ******* and -9999.000 only in the SST output file. Please note that I have corrected the SST file names and it_base values in the SST_EH5OM.f. Could you please assist me in identifying this problem or in supplying the code that properly reads the global SST data (SST_20C_3_... and SST_A1B_3_...)?
