dear saidat! Do the following!
- Try to get (download) RegCM3
code "regcm.tar.gz" from ICTP web page
- Copy it to your linux/unix environment
- Untar the file
- Get the input data such as surface,SST and global
reanalysis (ERA)
- Download the RegCM manual and follow the steps
