hello regcm users,
what might be the cause of this error i have encountered?..
[emet@unos Terrain]$ ./terrain.x
rm -f *.o terrain
/opt/intel/Compiler/11.0/083/bin/intel64/ifort -tpp7 -g -cm -w -w90 -w95 -convert big_endian -c -L/state/partition1/home/emet/regcm05/RegCM/Commons/env/liblinux64 -lnetcdf -Vaxlib terrain.f

i already installed netcdf 4.0 version..what is the right path for netcdf library?
thank you for any hint or guidance, i will appreciate it.

Dear, Emet. I think the data and the compiler is OK!
I suppose that the error is due to following :
Peace!
Not following every of the steps in preprocessing and processing steps. Here don't forget to copy the Makefile in each steps!
see and display whether the DOMAIN.INFO and ICBCYYYYMMDD files crated using GrADS.
Set the parameter(ibyte=1) instead of 4 in domain.param.
Haile!

actually, I have done all the procedures before up to posprocessing but I repeat the compilation because seemed like i had mixed the data sets.. for example, i have mixed SST and NNRP1 data sets under NNRP1 directory. So i decided to repeat it with the same configurations but i placed all the input data into their right directory..but when i compiled again, i got this error..do you i have missed some input data?..my intel fortran was successfully installed..

Hi, Emet:
How about you try the commands in regcm.x step by step ?
like,
ln -sf ../Input/DOMAIN.INFO fort.10
....
and
./regcm < regcm.in
It seems the FORTRAN compiler is not well installed.
