I did not receive any user.in - possibly my antivirus protection system did not allow it, so I can't judge if it is sufficient or not. (could you please re-send it as part of the text?) My suggestion is to try to add the option of chosing coordinates of a sub-domain where RCM data are really required. As part of PostProc or possibly as an interface before PostProc. Several possible ways of doing it may be good.
 I see this optimization as very useful potentially - especially for those living in developing countries.
