1 put them into SURFACE file folder
2 run regcm-dust, it will read in the soil texture data
3 how to set the parameters about soil texture data in the model.

I am sorry to trouble you again. I want to know how I can set the parameters about soil texture data in the model. Now I want to run some dust experiments over East Asia, but there is a message “Soil texture datasets are only required for running dust experiment, and you just need download SOILCAT.02 and SOILCAT.TAR” on the website http://users.ictp.it/~pubregcm /RegCM3/globedat.htm. Now I have downloaded SOILCAT.02 and SOILCAT.TAR data, but I don’t know how to use the data and how to set the parameters about soil texture data in the model. Could you help me?
