Dear Zhang:
 
   You may have to add "/" at the end of each DATA statement to be complete
so that FORTRAN can complile properly, e.g.
 
&   ,'WET2000.nc' ==> &   ,'WET2000.nc' /
 
&   ,'/RegCM/Obs/CRU/CRUWET.CDF' ==> &   ,'/RegCM/Obs/CRU/CRUWET.CDF' /
 
and so on.
