Is AEROSOL.f included in your ICBC.x ? If not do the following:

#!/bin/csh -f
cd ../PreProc/ICBC
rm -f Makefile
ln -s ../../Make/Make_ICBC/Makefile_PGI5 Makefile
make clean
make SST
./SST
/bin/rm -f SST_1DEG*.o SST
make AEROSOL
./AEROSOL
/bin/rm -f AEROSOL.o AEROSOL
make ICBC
./ICBC
/bin/rm -f ICBC.o ICBC SST.RCM

Then you will find "AERO.dat" in Input directory.
In your run directory do the following:

ln -s ../Input/AERO.dat   AERO.dat
