I,a complete learner in regcm3,face many many difficulties.

now,I don't know some commands,the commands I know are bellow:

?tar zxvf regcm.tar.gz

?cd RegCM/PreProc/DATA

?./datalinker.x

cd regcm/preproc/Terrain

vi domain.param

ln -s Makefile_PGI5 Makefile

./terrain.x

cd regcm/preproc/ICBC

ln -s Makefile_PGI5 Makefile

./icbc.x

cd regcm/main

ln -s Makefile_PGI Makefile

cd RegCM

................

I don't know the rest commands,

how to do next?
