Hi,

It seems you are not submitting the job in parallel way. Open regcm.x, and replace the last line:

./regcm<./regcm.in      
 
with

mpiexec -n 2 ./regcm<./regcm.in

Where 2 is the number of processors you are using. Hope it will help you.
