Hi, Djiogo,

You can transform the output data in sigma levels to P levels, by using of the code SIGMAtoP.f under the directory 'Commons/tools'.

Subject: [RegCNET] help request

morning,
I'm a student in level 5 and I attemp my research at laboratory of environmental modeling & atmospheric physics in  faculty of science of the university of yaounde 1-Cameroon, I use the RegCM3 model to perform the dynamics of west african monsson, I have the following problem: I want to compare the output data from the model with observed data (ERA 40), but The output DATA from the model have sigma values as vertical coordinates ,while the observed data have pressure values as vertical coordinates , how do I do to compare both datas.
Thancks
