Hi,
This problem is not from Postproc. Try compiling postproc on command line
instead of running postproc.x.
You should run the following command in Postproc directory:
pgf90 -byteswapio -Ktrap=fp -L../Commons/env/liblinux -lnetcdf -
I ../Commons/env/include -c -o postproc.o postproc.f
Once compilation is done successfully, you can copy exe file (postproc) in
your Run directory.
There should not be any problem in postproc compilation, however, if you still
get same errors than I suggest you to better check your PGI compiler
installation.
