Dear all,
I've run RegCM  with different domain sizes (150WEx105SN, 100WEx70SN,  75WEx50SN, and 50WEx25SN grid points) and with the same central point of Kazakhstan (48 N and 68 E).
When I look at outputs, for example, ATM (see attached CTL files), central point is moved by 14 degree southward in the case of bigger domain (34 N and 68 E).
Thus northern latitude is about of 56 N (northern boundary of Kazakhstan), while southern latitude of domain is about of 12 N (southern boundary of Kazakhstan is about 41 N).
We use Lambert Conformal projection.
Why does the central point move southward?
