Hi,
I have encountered following two minor problems while doing Nesting.
1 seting IDATE1 in icbc.param to 1st time step of any month (eg IDATE=1996080100) generates following error:
........
........
ifc -tpp7 -O3 -cm -w -w90 -w95 -o ICBC ICBC.o cdc6hour.o era6hour.o -L../../Commons/env/liblinuxold -lnetcdf -ludunits -Vaxlib
NREC = 289280
NSTART,NNNEND: 70981 70989
IDATE1,IDATE2: 1996080100 1996080300
Note that rotated Mercartor (ROTMER) projections are not supported by GrADS.
Although not exact, the eta.u projection in GrADS is somewhat similar.
FERRET, however, does support this projection.

========================
2 Supposed for Nested run DATA/RegCM is linked with ATM.1996090100 (which contains data for whole month i.e. 120 time steps or upto 1996:10:1:0) and if I set IDATE2 =1996100100 in icbc.param following error arise. ICBC file is generated but data is missing for 1996:10:1:0 in the resulting ICBC file. However if there is link to ATM.1996100100 as well then this is problem doesn't arise.
Now, why it is not enough to link/run simaulation just upto 1996100100 ( which is contained in ATM.1996090100 file itself) in the source/driving RegCM?
