the data required for the CMIP6 input are here:

http://clima-dods.ictp.it/regcm4/CMIP6

and you must download the data on your storage (or obtain them from 
https://aims2.llnl.gov/search/input4mips or any ESGF mirror if faster).

The relevant setting change in the namelist is:

&phisicsparam
  ...
  scenario =   'SSP370', ! or any other SSP
  iclimao3 =         1,
  isolconst =        0,
  iclimaaer =        3,
  ...
/

This will use the data in the above directory as radiative BC input for 
GHG gases, solar constant, aerosols and ozone.
