[RegCNET] NetCDF Error

I am trying to generate domain files of RegCM 4.7.1 but I keep getting this
error message:

 No resampling used.
 No such file or directory

 mod_rdldtr.F90 :      121:NetCDF Error:
//home/josh/Downloads/RegCM-4.7.1/SURFACE/GMTED_DEM_30s.nc:            2
STOP  Execution terminated because of runtime error"

The problem is I have the "GMTED_DEM_30s.nc" in my "SURFACE" folder.
