Dear All,

I want to run RegCM4 with the DUST module enabled. Is there a tutorial
about running RegCM4 with DUST ? Can someone answer these questions.

Is the RegCM-Dust part of the ReGCM-Chem ? I mean if I want to run RegCM4
with DUST enabled, do I need to re-compile RegCM with chemistry options. Do
I need emissions data (e.g., RETRO, POET, EDGAR, GFED) to run RegCM-4 with
dust enabled? If I set chemsimtype = ’DUST ’ to enable 4-bin dust scheme
or set chemsimtype='DUSS' to include 2 additional bins for sea salt. What
is the difference in computation time between these two options? Is the
DUSS option better than DUST? Do I also need to set ichem = 1 (Use active
aerosol chemical model) to use chemsimtype = ’DUST ’.

Best Regards
