[RegCNET] Error with terrain

Sir,
While creating domain it shows error.

./bin/terrain test_001.in

  This is Terrain part of RegCM package version 4

 Calculated large extrema:

 Determined Grid coordinate range
 No resampling used.
 NetCDF: Unknown file format

 mod_rdldtr.F90 :      121:NetCDF Error:
/home/curaj/RegCM-4.7.5.4/REGCM_GLOBEDAT/SURFACE/GMTED_DEM_30s.nc:
 -51
STOP  Execution terminated because of runtime error
Here first of all, instead of the file GMTED_DEM_30s, there have another
DEM file as per run guide. Also after downloading that file it shows that
error.

This might be netcdf library error. Kindly suggest where to  fix.
