[RegCNET] Required time to run RegCM

You are not giving me the most important informations:

* Model grid size (IY,JX,KZ)
* Model grid resolution (ds)

Without this information I cannot give you any reasonable answer. If 
your question is: "is this machine able to run the model?" my answer 
would be "yes, up to a reasonable value for the domain dimensions and 
the horizontal resolution, given that you have enough storage disk space 
available for the I/O".
