[RegCNET] chem_icbc error

Dear Friends ...

I'm having an error that no chemistry is running although the name list
option is opened ... any idea why is that happening?
attached is the name list ...

./bin/chem_icbc Mostafa_90.in

  This is chem_icbc part of the RegCM version 4
   SVN Revision: tag-4.7.0 compiled at: data : Jan  9 2021  time: 13:37:46

 : this run start at    : 2021-01-10 14:38:17+0200
 : it is submitted by   : mostafa
 : it is running on     : localhost.localdomain
 : in directory         : /home/mostafa/run

 Assuming nothing to do for this experiment
 Both ichem and iclimaaer equal to zero.
